Cancellation:

Return unpaid orders every twenty-four hours.

1 - In the event that the parts are correct from us and have been shipped to the customer and he wishes to return the order, there is no objection to that, provided that the return is within forty-eight hours as a maximum from the date the customer receives the shipment. And that the order is not completely opened or used, and the customer bears the value of shipping to us. Non-guaranteed parts are not included in the return unless there is a manufacturing defect within twenty-four hours of receiving the shipment and it is in full with its original accessories. Electrical parts are not included in this item. The shipping value is not completely refundable in any case. Any additional bank fees incurred by the store will be deducted due to the return or cancellation process.

2- Electrical parts are not guaranteed and will not be returned at all.

3- The product cannot be exchanged if it shows signs of use.

4- You must bring the original bond (invoice).

5- The warranty for the goods guaranteed by the institution includes maintenance of the product from technical problems only, and not a guarantee of replacement.

6 - If the guarantee period is not mentioned in the invoice, the commodity is not covered by the guarantee.

7 - Warranty period: According to what is mentioned in the original invoice stamped with the approved stamp of the institution from the date of purchase.

8 - Goods guaranteed by the agent, the person responsible for guaranteeing them is their authorized agent, and the terms and conditions of the agent apply in the guarantee.

9 - In the event that the customer wishes to return the product according to the previous conditions, the store will provide the customer with a return policy to be used within forty-eight hours of receiving it, and in the event that it is not used during this period, the product is considered not subject to the return policy.

10 - Parts that are ordered from internal or international warehouses are not accepted for return.

11 - In the event that the pieces are incorrect and the fault is on our part, because the piece does not match what is mentioned on the site

The store is fully responsible for returning the piece.

12 - Exclusions from the warranty: Breakages, damages resulting from accidents or misuse, damages resulting from maintenance outside our centers.

13 - The store has the right to amend the return and exchange policy whenever the need arises.

14 - Partial return or replacement: In the event that the delivery was free because the customer’s order exceeded the free delivery limit, then the customer retrieved / replaced (part of his order / all of his order) and the total of his order, after modification, became under the free delivery limit, then he pays an amount Delivery.

15 - Non-receipt of the order: In the event that the customer wishes not to receive the order, or he did not respond to the representatives of the delivery companies, or it appeared that he was unable to receive the order in any way, he bears the value of returning the order.

16 - In the event that the product is not available after ordering in our warehouse or is out of stock, or its price is incorrectly placed on the site, Al-Khader Company reserves the right to reject or cancel the order, and it is not necessary to provide it in any way.

17- Refunds will appear in the customer's bank account within 7-14 working days, depending on the customer's bank.

18 - Approval of the application is tantamount to approval of all terms and conditions, and Al-Khader Company shall not bear the burden of not informing the customer of them.
